∙ MOST orders will ship within 24 hours after payment has been submitted. ALL orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will processed on the following business day.

∙ If we do not have an item ordered on hand, we will notify you. Items on order usually arrive at our location within 1-2 business days before we can ship. If an item on order is arriving from another vendor facility, we usually receive the item in 5-6 business days before we can ship.

∙ Shipping Times :  Shipments usually arrive within 2-7 business days depending on shipping carrier selection as well as delivery location. ( Faster shipping methods can be chosen, although additional charges will apply. )

∙ Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. The minimum shipping expense will be .50. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. UPS or USPS.

∙ Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

∙ You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.
